Tallahassee Weddings

Start here. Six minutes that show how a Tally wedding day actually feels on film, the getting-ready quiet, the walk down the aisle, the vows, the room when the music starts. If you only watch one film before you enquire, watch this one.

Why couples book film

What you are actually buying

Sound is the point
Vows and toasts are recorded properly, so twenty years from now you hear the voices, not just see the day.
Filmed, not directed
We work quietly beside your day. Nobody is posed into a scene, and nothing is staged for the camera.
One team if you want it
Photography, film and the photo booth can all come from the same team, coordinated on the day.

Three shorter edits

Different lengths, different days, useful if you are deciding how long you want your own film to run.

A cinematic Tallahassee wedding film

Our longest film in this selection, and the one to watch if you want to understand how we tell a whole wedding day rather than assemble its highlights. Vows and toasts carry the story in the couple's own voices; the camera work stays quiet enough that nobody performs for it.

What each edit is for

The highlight film is the one that gets watched dozens of times and sent to everyone. The full ceremony edit and the toasts edit are the ones you will thank yourself for in twenty years, when a voice on that recording matters more than the cut of the film.

If you are trying to decide what to ask for, how long should your film be? works through it, and the raw footage question covers what to request instead of a hard drive of clips.

Before you enquire

How long should our wedding film be?
Most couples land between four and seven minutes for the film they will actually re-watch, with longer ceremony and toast edits kept alongside it. The full guide walks through it.
Do we get the ceremony and toasts in full?
That is the usual request, and it is the one couples are most grateful for later. Ask for it when you enquire so it is written into your coverage.
Can the same team shoot photo and film?
Yes, that is what most Tally couples book. Same team versus separate companies compares the two honestly.
How do we check you're free for our date?
Send your date and venue through the Check your date form. You will hear back with availability and the films closest to the wedding you are planning.

Photography and films on this page are real wedding work by Tally Weddings and Tally Entertainment. Couple names, venues and dates are not published here, so images are described by what they show rather than by event.
